Dear Arvind Kejriwal - A guy who still looks out for his hero in you

Dear Arvind Kejriwal,

I respect you. It takes a lot of guts to leave your normal life and putting everything you own at stake to bring out the change everyone else wants. You knew to change the system you should take on the mightiest. You did the same in Delhi. You did the same at the National level. But, you were in a hurry and that's what has costed you... that's why you have failed. The other parties accused your party just for being one like them and that was enough to tarnish your image on the national front.

There are people who are saying you're an anti-national/Naxal/Terrorist. They are the same fools who questioned Shahrukh Khan's nationality, opposed Rushdie's India visit, threatened to kill M.F. Hussain, pelted stones at Yuvraj Singh's home for their own foolish reasons. They will never realize what contribution you have made to this Indian Democratic System by creating a national level party without any corporate funding. You made the youth of this country interested in politics. For me it was a revolution in itself. 4 seats! It's just the start.

I hope that you accept your mistakes and improve. I hope that you realize that criticizing can win you support but you have to create something bigger and better to maintain the support. I hope that you learn some lessons of governance, even from your opponents. I hope that you will stay, you won't give up, you will improve, you will fight for what you started without taking support of against what you started. I hope that AAP doesn't fade out. I hope because I understand the present system is fucked up. It doesn't matter how much capable the ones in the leadership are, if they support the ongoing system then they're are cheating the common man.

I will end it with two quotes from the Spiderman movies...

"But the one thing they love more than a hero is to see a hero fail, fall, die trying."

"Courageous, self-sacrificing people. Setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero. People line up for them, cheer them, scream their names. And years later, they'll tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse of the one who taught them how to hold on a second longer. I believe there's a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble, and finally allows us to die with pride, even though sometimes we have to be steady, and give up the thing we want the most..
Even our dreams…"

With a hope that you don't quit,
A guy who still looks out for his hero in you.
